At Welcome Skate Store, we want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your setup and apparel. If your order isn't quite right, you can return any unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase.

Return Process

  Ensure all items are in brand new condition, with tags attached and skateboards un-gripped and un-skated.

  Package Your Gear

  Securely pack the items in their original shipping box or similar protective packaging to prevent damage during transit.

  Submit Return Request

  Email our support team with your order number to receive a return authorization and the correct shipping address.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Send the package via a tracked courier service and keep your receipt until your refund or exchange has been processed.
